Measure the roof. Run the whole job.

Bana Systems measures roofs from aerial imagery, prices them from your own catalog and sends a proposal your customer signs online. Then it runs the job through work orders, photos, payouts and invoices, all under your company's name.

How a job runs in Bana Systems

Start the day on Today

Every sign-in opens on what needs you: new leads to call, booked visits, active jobs, who is out today and this week's money. Leads arrive from your contact form, a rep's QR code or link, an inbound email address, or by hand.

Measure the roof from aerial imagery

Find the building and measure it facet by facet; drag a corner to correct an edge. Check for skylights and vents, then finalize the quantities into a versioned measurement report. Already have a report from another company? Bring it in instead.

Send a proposal they sign online

Built from the finalized measurement and your own catalog, with options, captioned photos, a payment schedule and financing. Your customer signs online or in person and you countersign; the signing certificate and Notice of Cancellation come with it.

Run the work with work orders

Issue a work order from the signed proposal to a crew leader or subcontractor. It carries the scope, change orders, time, your QA checklist and the homeowner's confirmation, and it prints in Spanish. Photos from the office, crews and homeowners stay with the job.

Invoice from the payment schedule

Each payment in the signed schedule becomes an invoice, emailed with its PDF and marked paid when the money arrives. Subcontractor payouts are signed by both sides, and the Jobs board moves each job as it is proposed, signed, worked and paid.

All under your company's name

Your logo, colors, company details and license number carry through the app your team uses, the portal your customer signs in to on your own link, and every PDF you send. Each contractor's records are kept apart from every other company on the platform.

Where we're headed

Our direction is autonomous execution of roofing work. The software above is the first part of it, and roofing companies use it today. Every job it runs leaves behind a careful record of a real roof and the work done on it. That record is what the next part is built on.

  1. In use today

    The software

Measuring, proposals, work orders, photos, payouts and invoices, run by roofing companies under their own brand.

  2. Grows with every job

A record of real roofing work

    • Roof geometry measured facet by facet
    • Photos of the work, before and after
    • Work records of scope, time and QA
    • Material quantities for each roof
  3. In development and planned

    Autonomous execution

Machines that inspect the roof, lift material up to it and take on the heaviest and most dangerous work, alongside the crews. None of it is available today.

  1. Drone inspection

    In development

A drone looks over the roof before anyone climbs a ladder. The crew and the homeowner see the damage, marked on the roof, from the ground.

  2. Learning from crews

    In development

Experienced roofers can choose to record how they work. What they show goes back to every crew as clearer guidance, so customers get the same careful work whoever turns up.

  3. Roof robot

    Planned

A robot works beside the crew on steep and exposed slopes. It sets the safety anchors and takes on the heavy, repetitive work.

  4. Material lift

    Planned

A lift carries bundles from the truck to the eave, so nobody hauls them up a ladder and the lawn stays clear.
